Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Thakurgaon P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 141 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 64 and 351 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the promise of marriage. 4. It was submitted that the parties have married at the instance of local Panchayat. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than four months. 5. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with Thakurgaon P.S.
