Counsel for the Petitioner prays for the following relief(s):- (i)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the pending incentive amount due to the petitioner under the Dr. Khubchand Baghel Swasthya Sahayata Yojana, which has not been disbursed since Junce 2024, despite the claims being duly submitted and processed in accordance with the applicable guildlines. (ii)That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.07.07 11:15:56 +0530 2 direct the respondent authorities to verify, process and finalize all the pending claims of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame as may be deemed just and proper by this Hon’ble Court. (iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made several representation for consideration and payment and release of 34% incentive amount due under the Dr. Khubchand Baghel Swasthya Sahayata Yojana, but till date the same has not been considered, therefore he prays for a direction to the concerned authorities to decide his representation and thereafter, if the claim amount is undisputed, the same may be released at the earliest. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending claim towards the payment of dues, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and if the claim of the petitioner is pending, it will be considered in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent-authorities to consider/decide the pending claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, rules and guildlines within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the undisputed claim amount, the same shall be released at the earliest. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
