Mr. Rajesh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 to 5. 4. By the instant writ petition, petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: “i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned audit report dated 05.02.2019 and consequential circular dated 14.02.2019 as well as decision of the Government dated 27.05.2019. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay all the post retiral dues along with interest accrued thereon, considering the fact that services of petitioner were regularised w.e.f. 19.09.1991 in view of the judgment of Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. iii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to ensure payment of arrears of salary on account of reduction from the month of February, 2019 and to refund Rs. 511394 with interest, which has been illegally deduction from the retirel dues of petitioner.” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue, as raised in this petition, is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 12.02.2025 in bunch of writ petitions, leading one WPSS No. 446 of 2020 (Lalit Chandra Tiwari and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others). 6. Mr. Narayan Dutt, learned State Counsel and Mr. Rajesh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 to 5 fairly submits that issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 12.02.2025 in bunch of writ petitions, leading one WPSS No. 446 of 2020 (Lalit Chandra Tiwari and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others). 7.
