By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing a direction to the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi (for short, ‘the DRAT’) to decide the appeal submitted by the petitioners against the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jaipur. 2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that an appeal preferred by the petitioners is pending before the DRAT since 2023 but inspite of passing of considerable time, till date, the appeal has not been decided, therefore appropriate direction be issued to the DRAT to decide the appeal expeditiously within a time frame. 3. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners and looking to the fact that the appeal is lying pending before the DRAT since last two years, this Court deems it just and proper to dispose of the writ petition with expectations from the DRAT to make all possible endeavours to decide the pending appeal expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the respective parties. 4. 4. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J Ashu/52
