Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of the order 09.12.2019 issued by the Office of District Supply Officer, Tonk whereby, the subject fair price shop has been allotted to Shri Manish Sharma, brother of the petitioner on the basis of an agreement dated 13.08.2019 and an affidavit dated 16.08.2019 issued by the petitioner. He submits that in view thereof, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. None for the petitioner to rebut the aforesaid statement.
