Accordingly, the special appeal is being disposed of, however, we consider it appropriate that the condition no.1 of the judgment dated 03.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-A No.21424 of 2023 be modified to the extent that the entries of dependents in service-book shall be subject to any further developments in the life of the appellant.
