JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 31/01/2025 Heard on the application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. [2025:RJ-JP:4421-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-614/2024] For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. This appeal has been filed by the appellants against the interim order dated 16.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge. We have perused the record including the order dated 16.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge. Both the petitioners are old aged persons, above the age of 80 years. We find that the order passed by the learned Single Judge, impugned herein, is an interim order and the main writ petition is still pending for consideration. In view of the facts before us, we consider it appropriate to grant liberty to the appellants to file application for early disposal of the writ petition, at the same time it is expected that the writ petition may be decided expeditiously. With the above observations, the appeal stands disposed of. (PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J Arun Bathla /25
