The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tatijhariya P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Divyam Choudhary, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag. On 26.03.2024 at about 5:00 p.m., the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members, due to which, they sustained injuries. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he had given Axe blow on the head of the injured. The injury report, earlier called for, has been received and from perusal of which, it appears that the injured had sustained injury on his head. However, from paragraph-28 of the case diary, it appears that the injured was assaulted by hard and blunt substance. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Divyam Choudhary, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hazaribag, or his successor, in connection with Tatijhariya P.S.
