Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Application submitted through Mee-Seva dated 28.06.2023. The Writ Petitioner has also submitted a Representation through the Public Grievance Redressal System on 02.09.2024. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, with a direction to the District Collector, Tirupati District (Respondent No.3) to consider the Application of the Writ Petitioner seeking modification in the Prohibited Properties List under Section 22A of the Registration Act, by passing a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of 14 weeks from today and communicate a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. 4. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the Mee Seva application and the representation (referred supra) along with any other material documents that he desires to rely upon, to the District Collector (Respondent No.3) along with a copy of this Order within one week from today, for effective compliance. 3 5. Needless to state that the Respondent No.3 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final order. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
