The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 118/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 9, 51, 52 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. On 08.04.2024, at about 06:30 P.M., the informant party, on the basis of confidential information, raided a place outside the house of the petitioner and seized carcass of deer. 4. It was submitted that that the petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2024. It was further submitted that the petitioner is a handicapped person. 5. Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agrawal, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Complaint Case No. 118/2024.
