Case No. of 101 2023 for the offences registered under sections 21(c) of the NDPS Act and section 27(b) (ii)/28A of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj. 3. Presence of the petitioner in the autorickshaw has been further corroborated by the recovery of his mobile phone. 5. Learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that bail application of co-accused Sunil Saha has been rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 9474 of 2023. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
