ORDER; This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for;

3. arrayed as Accused No.3 in Crime No. 168 of 2023. He would further submit that even after filing of charge sheet, the police are calling the petitioner to the police station without any reason. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the
4. Court may pass appropriate orders and in case of registration of any other crime against the petitioner, the police may have called the petitioner to the police station.
4 Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due procedure to call the petitioner relating to Crime No.168/2023. In case of any other crime registered against the petitioner, the police are at liberty to follow the due procedure according to law to call the petitioner to the police station. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand
