The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed complaint dated 17.08.2024 and 19.08.2024 to the 3rd respondent. It is submitted that the police have not taken any action. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home Department submits that the police have not received the said complaints. 3. In light of the submissions made, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent. Upon receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with the provisions of Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
