Narasapuram Police Station, West Godavari District for the offences under section 306 of I.P.C and subsequently the same was culminated into S.C No. 39 of 2025 on the file of the V Addl. In the settlement arrived between both the parties, it was agreed by the 2'^'^ respondent/de-facto complainant to co operate for the closure of the above case against the accused by giving necessary/required evidence, deposing required affidavits/petiti ons, appear before the concerned court or before any other court including this Hon ble Court on the dates on which her presence is required etc.. 3. It is humbly submitted that there was no coercion, inducement against the parties to settle the issue amicably. Particularly the 2"*^ respondent/de- facto complainant has agreed voluntarily for the closure of the above case. 4. It is humbly submitted that in view of the amicable settlement arrived between the parties, there is no purpose in keeping the above case pending for further time and the same is liable to be quashed by recording the settlement arrived between the parties. 5.
