The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka(M) P.S. Case No. 248/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 457, 380 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. During the intervening night of 13/14.12.2022, theft was committed in the house of the informant. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody for more than two years. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Dumka(M) P.S.
