Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) The averments made in the petition reveal that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of CWP No. 4961 of 2024 titled Ramjan Ali Vs. State of HP and others, which was disposed of on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by way of representation. Record further demonstrates that the order, which was passed on the representation by the competent authority was, inter alia, to the effect that as the issue similar to the case of the petitioner was pending adjudication in the Court, therefore, the case of the petitioner could not be considered till the matter stood decided by the Court. Yet, without waiting for the outcome of the matter pending before the Court, the petitioner has rushed to this Court by way of this writ petition praying for the same relief. This Court is of the considered view that filing of the writ petition, in the above mentioned circumstances, at this stage was not warranted. The petitioner will have to abide by the outcome of the adjudication, which are referred to in the order passed by the authorities. After the adjudication of those matters, the authorities are also under obligation to take a fresh call in the matter. Thereafter, if the petitioner has any grievance, he may approach the Court afresh. 2.
