When specific query was made from the Court to learned counsel for the petitioner that what is the fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner on merit as the prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been declined by this Court in B.A. No. 6016 of 2024 vide order dated 13.09.2024, then learned counsel appearing for the petitioner drew attention of this Court towards the testimony of victim and submitted that document qua date of birth of the victim brought on record is not as per the law. 2. To fortify his submission, learned counsel for the petitioner specifically drew attention of this Court towards para-6 of the examination-in- chief of the victim. 3. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 4. This Court has carefully gone through the order dated 13th September, 2024 passed in B.A. No. 6016 of 2024 where the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been declined on merit. 5. This Court is of the considered view that there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
