The instant anticipatory bail application is pending since the year 2021 and it reflects, since the year 2023 whenever the case was listed, none appeared on behalf of the applicant, therefore, it reflects by the efflux of time either applicant has lost interest or cause of action is not survived now. 4. In view of the above, instant anticipatory bail application stands dismissed. 5. However, if, cause of action is still survived then it will be open for the applicant to file recall application.
