Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay in filing the restoration applications due to administrative reasons and in similar matters which are listed today along with these appeals the delay has been condoned in the presence of the learned counsel for the respondents by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents has strongly opposed the applications. For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed. The delay in filing the appeals are hereby condoned.
