This application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed against order dated 01.03.2025, passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.1, Meerut in Misc. Case No. 0159 of 2020, under Section 126(2) CrPC, P.S.- Daurala, District- Meerut, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.1, Meerut. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and that a direction may be issued to the Family Court to decide the case filed by the opposite parties under Section 125 Cr.P.C. expeditiously within a specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Family Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the case filed by the private opposite parties under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of one year, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
