2 2 Mr. Punit Ruparel, learned counsel for respondent, is present. 3 The present appeal has been filed by the appellant with the following prayer:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that the order of Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to set aside the impugned order dated 13.02.2024 in Misc. Civil Suit No. 14/2023 in Pramila Vs. Ajay Yadav and
judgment and decree dated 02.11.2023 in Civil Suit No.39A/2023 in Ajay Yadav Vs. Pramila (Annexure A-1) Colly. passed by the learned Judge of Family Court Manendragarh District Korea (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 4 Today, when the case is called, learned counsel for the appellant is not present nor any representation made on his behalf to press this appeal on repeated calls and it appears that the appellant has lost interest in pursuing the matter, as such we have left with no other option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. 5 Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
