Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the decree passed in a suit under Section 229-B of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act. 3. Petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal. Further decree has been passed in the year 2004 and petition is barred by latches, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
