The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i) Issue a writ/order or direction in nature of mandamus certiorari and quash the ten years fishing right lease granted by Up ziladhikari, Salempur 16.11.2024 in favour of respondent no.7 in respect 7Cha area Deoria on Ishwa Dayal of plot no. 0.218 hectare, 91Chha area 0.218 hectare, situate in village Tetari Hardo, Tappa Dhodha, Post Pipara Mishra, Pargana Salempur Majhauli, Tehsil Salempur, District Deoria (Annexure Ho. 1 to the writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Rule 59 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
