(Oral) While placing on record copy of order dated 21.07.2025 passed by Principal Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.121 of 2024 along with LPA Nos.111, 118, 119, 173 and 366 of 2024, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that in afore LPAs, preferred by the respondents, it has been ordered that till the disposal of the LPAs, execution petitions shall not be pressed and as such, at present, no orders can be passed in the execution proceedings. 2. Having perused aforesaid order, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General and as such, present petitions are disposed of at this stage, reserving liberty to the petitioners to get the present petitions revived, after disposal of LPAs, if required and desired.
