Petitioners, through the medium of the instant petition, have claimed that they have been working as Casual Conservancy Safaiwalas with the respondents and prayed that the respondents be directed to regularise their services on a permanent basis after conferment of temporary status on them and respondents be also directed to pay wages to them regularly. 02. This Court, however, vide judgment dated 18.07.2017 transferred the matter to Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT), Bench at Jammu and the AFT, Jammu vide order dated 09.02.2018 sent the case back to this Court by observing that the matter pertains to a Civil employees and as such does not fall within the jurisdiction of that Tribunal. 03. Today, when the case was listed before this Court, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition may be transferred to Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu in view of the observations made by AFT, Jammu. 04. Since the petitioners have claimed to be regularised against civil posts, therefore, the instant petition is transferred to CAT, Jammu Bench, to be taken up on 04.08.2025. Registry shall send the record along with the copy of this order after retaining the Xerox copy. 05. ‘Disposed of ‘ as transferred.
