Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral) The instant petition has been filed by Dr. Poojan Marwaha, the petitioner, for the transfer of petition bearing HMA No.113 of 2025, titled Dr. Rajeev Marwaha vs. Dr. Poojan Marwaha, pending before the learned Principal Judge (Family Court), Shimla, District Shimla, H.P., to the Court of learned Principal Judge (Family Court), Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, H.P. 2. During the pendency of the petition, the matter was sent to the mediation of Mr.Tejasvi Sharma, Advocate. With the intervention of learned counsel for the respective parties and the family members of the parties, an amicable settlement has been arrived at inter se the parties. The settlement has been arrived at between the parties vide deed dated 10.06.2026, which is part 2 and parcel of the mediation report dated 16.06.2026. The terms and conditions of the settlement have been incorporated in the same, and both the parties have undertaken to remain bound by the said terms in its letter and spirit. 3. It is heartening to note that both the parties have resolved the issue by entering into an agreement/settlement dated 10.06.2026. The report of the learned Mediator and the settlement as arrived at inter se the parties are made part of the present order, and in view of the same, the present petition is disposed of. 4. However, it is made clear that in case any party deviates from, or obviates or violates any of the terms and conditions as arrived at between the parties, the same shall be dealt with under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act. 5.
