The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents for non-payment of the amounts due to the Petitioner for the works completed by him under Agreement Nos.146/2023-24 dated 02.09.2023, 290/2023-24 dated 22.01.2024 and 291/2023-24 dated 22.01.2024 respectively, wherein the Petitioner was entrusted the work of “Construction of CC drain and RCC Culverts from RCC K.Mathru Naik house to D.MNo.2-805 (Court bazaar) at Sambasiva Nagar & Sugali Colony in 34th ward Chilakaluripet Municipality under GGMP ii) Construction of CC Drain from 9-22 Muddana Nikhilesh House pole No.015470800 in 10th ward in Chilakaluripet Municipality under GGMP iii) Construction of CC drain from Pole No.01516A010000 to Opposite Krishna Mahal in 10th ward in Chilakaluripet Municipality under GGMP” executed for 8th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard M/s.Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri Smt. Vallabhaneni Sireesha Rani, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Municipality. 3 3. At the time of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Municipality passed on the written instructions signed by the Commissioner, Chilakaluripet Municipality, wherein it is mentioned that the execution of works and the amounts claimed by the Petitioner was not disputed. Further submitted that after completion of works the Municipal Authorities have prepared bill for the payment and submitted in the CFMS portal with the Token No.2023-2604256, 2026-2609837 and 2023-2604255 and the same was credited to the Petitioner on 13.01.2025. 4. In that view, as the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed by placing the written instructions on record. There shall be no order as to costs.
