ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:
“a. Quash the FIR bearing Crime No.348/2024 dated 14.07.2024 pending on the file of 29th Additional CMM Court, Mayohall, Bengaluru, initiated by Marathalli Police Station for offences under Sections 417, 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC, 1860 as per Annexure-A. b. Pass such other order or further orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the above case, in the interest of justice and equity.”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent No.2 jointly submit that petitioner No.1 is the father of petitioner No.2 and respondent No.2 defacto complainant is also one of the family members and dispute between them is amicably settled between the parties.
4. In view of the joint submission, I proceed to pass the following:
ORDER
