This is an application for condonation of delay of 177 days in filing the review petition seeking recall of order/judgment dated 04.10.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 325/2023.
The application, for the reason stated therein, is allowed and delay in filing the review petition is condoned.

The judgment dated 04.10.2023 passed in WP(C) No. 325/2025 is sought to be reviewed on the grounds which the petitioner has urged in para 9 of the petition. From reading of para 9 of the petition in its entirety, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record having been pointed out by the petitioner. The petitioner in the garb of review petition is seeking rehearing of the matter which is not permissible under law. The points, which the petitioner is seeking to raise the remedy through the medium of the present

petition, have already been considered and dealt with in judgment which is sought to be reviewed.
For the foregoing reasons, we do not find any merit in this review petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
