Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that as presently the petitioner has transferred to a place, which is just 07 to 10 kilometers away from his present place of posting, he being a young officer should not crave out such transfer and he should abide by the said decision. 2. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of but with the observation that the authority shall allow the petitioner to complete his normal tenure at the aforesaid station.
