Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. There appears to be a dispute with regard to a liability of the electricity bill payable by the petitioner. The petitioner wants consideration of his application. Shri N.K. Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Corporation points out that in terms of Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005, the petitioner can move an application to the concerned executive engineer who shall examine petitioner's grievance. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to approach the concerned authority in terms of the Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 alongwith a copy of this order within a week from today, annexing all materials in support of petitioner's claim. Such claim of the petitioner would be got examined by the executive engineer within a period of four weeks, by passing a reasoned order. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
