During course of the arguments, this Court finds that petitioners have an efficacious alternate remedy to file an application under Section 44(1) of the Land Revenue Code, 1959 for redressal of their grievance before the appropriate Competent Authority. 2. In view of above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. 3. Accordingly, writ petition is hereby dismissed. However, petitioners will be at liberty to file an application under Section 44(1) of the Land Revenue Code for redressal of their grievance before the appropriate Competent Authority and on making such application concerned Authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously as per relevant rules and law.
