Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the correct date of birth of the petitioner is 10.07.2008, but it was entered as 09.07.2007 in the academic records of the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that an application was submitted by the petitioner before the Chief Block Education Officer, Thanagazi Alwar for the necessary correction. The application submitted by the petitioner was considered and, accordingly, an order was [2025:RJ-JP:21953] (2 of 2) [CW-15563/2024] passed on 05.01.2024 directing the PEEO/Principal, Government Senior Secondary School, Narayanpura Thanagaji Alwar to do the needful, but inspite of passing of considerable time, till date nothing has been done, hence under such circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition. 2. Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on the record. 3. Perusal of the office order dated 05.01.2024 indicates that orders have been passed by the Chief Block Education Officer, Thanagazi Alwar directing the Principal of the concerned school to do the needful correction in the academic record of the petitioner, but inspite of passing of considerable time, no action has been taken. 4. The instant writ petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned in pursuance of the order dated 05.01.2024 by submitting the representation/application. 5. If the petitioner submits the representation/application, in this regard, before the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks from today, it is expected from the authorities concerned to pass a reasoned and speaking order. 6.
