It is stated that the Petitioners have got qualifications for further consideration of their cases for appointment to the posts they are aspiring to. In the present Writ Petition, various factual issues were 2. raised, ranging from fake B.P.Ed Certificates secured by some of the individuals shortlisted for selection apart from incorrect answers to about 14 questions in the examination and mass copying at the institutions mentioned in paragraph No, 5 of the Writ Affidavit. As these issues are factual in nature, it would be 3. appropriate to direct the Petitioners to give a detailed representation to the Respondent Authorities for verification of the sweeping allegations made in this Writ Petition 3 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that on receipt of the representations from the Petitioners, the Respondent Authorities would examine the factual allegations of the Petitioners that have been raised in this Writ Petition. including the named individuals. 5. In that view, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: (i) The Petitioners shall give a detailed representation to the Respondent No. 2 within two weeks from today, stating all the allegations mentioned in the Writ Affidavit.
