Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Even though respondents have not filed reply to the writ petition, however, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is taken up for disposal at this stage. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:- 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. -2- ( 2025:HHC:34902 ) “i. That the writ in the nature of mandamus or any other directions may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to modify the office order dated 26.11.2024 to the extent that the petitioner be granted actual monetary benefits alongwith consequential arrears from the date of their initial appointment in view of the settled law of the land. ii. Or in the alternate the writ in the nature of mandamus or any other directions may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to grant the petitioner herein, the monetary benefits prior to 3 years from filing of the writ petition alongwith consequential arrears. iii. That writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions may be issued to directing the Respondents to also pay the consequential areas alongwith interest @ 9% per annum.” 3. Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 28.09.2025 from Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh conveying that relief as claimed by the petitioner i.e. “monetary benefits prior to 3 years from filing of the writ petition alongwith consequential arrears” has been granted to him by way of modification of earlier office order dated 26.11.2024 vide office order dated 19.09.2025. Copy of the office order dated 19.09.2025 has also been placed on record alongwith office instructions dated 28.09.2025. -3- ( 2025:HHC:34902 ) 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that office instructions dated 28.09.2025 have redressed the grievance of the petitioner. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of as petitioner’s grievances have been redressed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
