SANJEEV GILLELA The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ ... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ Of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents Nos.2 to 5 in not taking up investigation in FIR No.149/2018, dated 21.04.2018 registered against Respondents Nos. 6 to 8 for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 509 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Respondent No.5 by arresting the accused for the offences committed by them, as illegal, irregular, and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and violative of Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5th respondent to complete the investigation and file Charge Sheet against the accused persons in the said crime expeditiously and pass ....” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents on instructions would submit that since this writ petition is filed for a direction to complete the investigation and file charge sheet, appropriate directions may be given to the concerned police. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. 3 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the concerned police to complete the investigation as per law if not completed yet and file final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
