Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file representation to the competent authority for redressal of her grievance, within a period of one week.
2. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that he is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file representation for redressal of her grievance to the competent authority within a period of one week, which in- turn shall be decided by the competent authority expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two weeks. 2 afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereupon taking note of the fact that petitioner herein is not medically fit and she is to retire within a period of less than one year.
