(Hon’ble Justice Shri Arvind Kumar Verma) Order on Board 30/06/2025 1) By way of this petition the petitioner is seeking the following relief:-
2 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court, may kindly call for the entire record which relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court, may kindly be pleased to issue writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/directions, to quash the order dated 20.03.2025( Ann. P/1) passed by the Chhattisgarh Board of Revenue, Bilaspur (Respondent no. 2), in Revenue Revision Case No. RN/13/R/A-6/253/2024, “Rajesh Kumar Rathore Vs. Anjani Rathore and others”, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon’ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 2) Learned State Counsel submits that the petition is not maintainable, since the interim order has not been finalized till now and the petitioner by way of this petition has challenged the same interim order. 3) Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
