The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in Crime No.146 of 2024 on the file of Disha UPS, Guntur, Guntur District, for the alleged offence under Sections 85, 82 (1), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the matter is still at the investigation stage. 4. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, the criminal petition is disposed off, in terms of the interim orders granted already by this Court dated 18.10.2024, directing the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer, for the purpose of investigation in Crime No.146 of 2024 on the file of Disha UPS, Guntur, Guntur District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
