Purkayastha, learned Advocate for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal for the purpose of enabling the appellant to join at the place of posting, where he has been transferred. We may indicate here that the transfer order was passed in the year 2023 and till date the appellant has not joined at his place of posting on transfer. For this reason, perhaps, his salary also appears to have been withheld. Unless any other sequel administrative action has not been taken against the appellant, the respondent authorities would consider allowing him to join his transferred place of posting.
