At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the parties have already settled their issues and an agreement dated 16.07.2025 has been executed between the petitioner and respondents wherein it has been mentioned that the respondents have paid the interest amount of Rs. 70,000/- to the petitioner. 2. Considering the aforesaid submission and also the fact that the parties have already settled their issues, therefore, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this stage.
