Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the plaintiff/ respondent No.1 filed a suit for declaration and permanent injunction alongwith an application for temporary injunction. He would submit that the learned trial Court allowed the application for temporary injunction vide order dated 16.12.2020 and the said
order was affirmed by the learned Appellate Court in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 2 of 2021, vide order dated 5.8.2021. He would submit that the suit is currently fixed for defendants’ evidence before the learned trial Court, and therefore, a direction may be issued to the said Court to conclude the proceedings of pending civil suit expeditiously.

4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of Civil Suit No.61-A of 2020 expeditiously. Sd/-
