Hon'ble Chandra Kumar Rai,J. 1.Heard Mr. Ram Jeet Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Hari Mohan Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2.The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the Revision No.1974 of 2022-23 (Ghanshyam and another vs. Ram Akbal and others) within fix period/ stipulated period which is pending before him till today for disposal." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that title revision filed on behalf petitioners is pending before respondent No.2/Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur since 28.03.2023. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet of pending revision, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No.2/Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur to decide the aforementioned case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
