This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARI calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings Roc No. E10/17677/2010 dated 06.06.2011 appointing the 5th respondent as lecturer Kayachikitsa in S.V. Ayurvedic College, Tirupati, TTD contrary to the notification vide Roc.No.E10/17677/2010 dated --.12.2010 though overaged as on the date of notification for recruitment to the post of lecturers and set aside the same as being illegal, arbitrary, untenable, contrary to the condition of age criteria in the notification dated –.12.2010 vide Roc.No.E10/17677/2010 amounts to misrepresentation and pass …”
