This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant-Shivsagar Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 220 of 2019, under Sections 392, 411, 376-D, 328, 506, 386 IPC, P.S. Jhunsi, District Allahabad. 3. This is a second bail application. The first bail application on behalf of the applicant was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 8.7.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.57058 of 2019. 4. A report of Addl. Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Court No.1, Allahabad dated 4.10.2022 duly forwarded by the In-charge District Judge, Allahabad on 4.10.2022 in the present matter goes to show that the trial of the present matter has concluded and the judgement has been pronounced on 30.9.2022. 5. Perused the report dated 4.10.2022 of Addl. Sessions Judge/F.T.C. Court No.1, Allahabad. In view of the said report, the present bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
