For the Informant: Mr. Kaushal Kishore Mishra, Advocate --- 03 / 24.03.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 109 of 2024 arising out of Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Jamtara. 3. On 25.02.2024 petitioners along with the co-accused persons entered into the house of the Informant and started assaulting her husband. Out of fear, she fled away. When she returned, she found her husband hanging from a rope. 4. Postmortem report earlier called for, has been received. It appears that apart from ligature mark, there were several other injuries found on the person of the deceased, some of whom were postmortem in nature. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the deceased was assaulting the Informant and the accused persons had tried to rescue her. It was further submitted that accused persons had also sustained injuries. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
