Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate Mr. Acharya as well as learned Advocate Ms. Nanavati for the respondents, it would appear that the petitioners herein are similarly situated to petitioners of Special Civil Application No.20672 of 2022 and whereas, the grievance raised also being the same therefore, for the reasons having been mentioned by the learned Co-ordinate Bench in order dated 04.07.2023 in the above mentioned writ petition, it is directed that it would be open for the C/SCA/6362/2025 ORDER DATED: 06/05/2025 recruiting agency i.e. respondents Nos.2 and 4 herein to issue appointment orders in favour of the petitioners if they are otherwise found eligible, subject to outcome of the pending petitions as referred to herein above. 4. It is clarified that the petitioners shall not claim any equity in respect of the appointments made. 5. Having regard to the above directions, the present petition stands disposed of as allowed.
