The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents particularly 5th respondent in declaring zero admission year for the petitioner institution and thereby not confirming the admissions of the students who have availed category-B and spot admissions in the petitioner college as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, violative of the National Council for Teacher Education Act and the Andhra Pradesh Universities Act and the Rules framed thereunder and consequently direct the respondents to grant affiliation to the petitioner and confirm the admissions of the students who availed category-B and spot admissions. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, Sri Nageswara Rao, learned counsel representing Sri Varun Byreddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the matter has become infructuous and no further orders are required in this case. 3. The submission is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
