Judgment 23/09/2025
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already availed eight attempts for Paramedical course. It is submitted that only one paper is left in the said course, for which the present petition is filed, seeking directions to
[2025:RJ-JP:39164] (2 of 2) [CW-14912/2025] the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear in the said exam. Howsoever, learned counsel is not able to refute the query of the Court whether there is any exception or mercy clause, whereby after these many attempts, paper can be attempted or judicial intervention can be made. In the given case, equity jurisdiction cannot be exercised. However, competent authority can address the representation so filed by the petitioner, if the policy/guidelines so permits. Present petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
