Heard Sri A. Nirmal Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit the police are not conducting proper investigation in pursuance of the Cr.No.148 of 2025 of Nandigama PS. He would further submit that a direction may be given to the police. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the investigation in the aforementioned crime has been completed, and the police have also filed the charge sheet. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
